Terms and conditions

This proposal determines the reservation and stay conditions.

1. The maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded at any time, and visitors are not permitted.

2. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused to the house, namely furniture, paintings, equipment in general, bathrooms, appliances, crockery, bed linen and toilet.

3. Parties or any type of events without authorization are not permitted. These conditions must be respected.

4. The pool is not supervised and children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Whenever you want to visit the animals in the house or the organic garden, please ask for assistance from an employee.

6. Animals are not allowed inside residential buildings.

7. Changes to the number of guests, presence of animals, check-in or check-out times must be communicated in writing in advance.

8. Smoking is prohibited inside residential buildings.

9. The right of admission is reserved.

Cancellation policy

Refund of 50% of the amount paid for cancellations made up to 8 days before the check-in date. No refunds for cancellations after this date.

If no-show is due to duly justified reasons, the reservation will be rescheduled to a new date subject to availability.
